What is Easy Cheese Lasagna?
This recipe is inspired by the most popular pastry in Turkey, known as “Su Boregi” (Water Borek), also known as Su Boregi. It is amazingly delicious, but also it was really hard to make it.
The original version of the food took me longer than 3 hours to make because I needed to make a dough, divide it into really small pieces and roll them all one by one.
If you want to take the shortcut but get the same results, I have good news for you. Using lasagna sheets instead of making dough will do the trick and you will be able to make this cheese lasagna in less than an hour.
