Oatmeal Chocolate Muffins

These banana cacao cupcakes are a delicious, healthy option to satisfy your morning sweet cravings. Packed with wholesome ingredients like oatmeal, cacao, and walnuts, they’re quick to make and perfect for starting your day on the right note.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs (medium)
- 1 cup oatmeal (Gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp. cacao powder
- 4 sachets of stevia
- 2 bananas
To Garnish
- 4 tbsp. walnuts
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
Kitchen Utensils
- Cupcake Molds
- Oven
Instructions
- In a blender combine the eggs, banana, oatmeal, cacao powder and stevia.
- Blend until a smooth texture is formed.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Place the cupcake molds in a tray.
- Fill ¾ of the molds with the mixture from the blender.
- Chop and add the walnuts in each cupcake mold.
- Cook the cupcakes for 15 minutes.
- Let the cupcakes cool for 5 minutes and add the peanut butter on top to serve them
